For the month of June, join the FTC on Sunday evenings at 5:30PM for a tour of the USATF certified Melon Run course around Westside Park. We will meet outside the pool (where registration for the race is held) and will go over the course and then run the 3 mile loop (once, twice, whatever you feel up to!) Free and open to the public! Great way to get familiar with the route, meet up with other runners, get in some easy miles, and end your weekend/start your week on a positive note!
